  3. 03 Design Pixel-level interfaces and the flows behind them. Designed in lockstep with the engineering, not handed over the wall.
  4. 04 Back-end Databases, APIs, authentication, infrastructure. Boring choices where it matters, sharp ones where it pays off.
  5. 05 Front-end Flutter for iOS, Android, web, and desktop. One codebase, every screen, no fragmented teams.
  6. 06 Maintenance Software is never finished — only deployed. We stick around for what comes after launch, because that's most of the work.
